jehovah
Wrong, as usual. The new apartments can only be built after the new hotel is completed
theambo
I wonder how long it will be before a planning app goes in seeking the removal of that condition....

jehovah
I was commenting on Newsbot's accuracy of reporting. There is a planning condition that the new, proposed, apartments at the GI site can not be built until the new, proposed, hotel/apartments at Mooragh Prom are built. There is a rumour about that the present owners sold the site to another developer, once the condition was pointed out the sale fell through. I don't think the present owner is that daft, so doubt the voracity of it.
