Fully boxed and as new... still under warranty etc hardly used due to getting a new phone see them going on ebay for about £70 will take 50 as it has no charger .. but can be seen working i just need the charger for my other phone has everything with it headphones , usb cable , etc etc very nice phone to use... £50 and its yours (you can pick up a charger for about a fiver) also has a 2gb memory card!!!!
