manxman2 Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 So, if it blew up would the cliffs collapse and put the fire out? no its a documented fact that they would direct the blast outward .. the tower of refuge would be resituated to the top of snaefell.. the only consolation is dandara say they could rebiuld douglas in 10 years. .. as it has only taken 5 to biuld half of it as it is.. but it could be done quicker if they were allowed to bring in a few irish lads..
