Bambster
I'm surprised there aren't more suspected heart-attacks what with the price of breakfasts. He probably was whistling and feeling fine until he saw the price of a rasher. Or he was very, very intelligent and got bored of the ball-ache four hour trip, the helicopter would have gotten him passed Heysham and into civilisation well ahead of the Ben. Amadeus
Witnessed one of them once on the Lady during Irish weekend. Passenger complained of chest pain, so captain first radioed for PSM lifeboat but we nearly crushed that in the swell off the coast - they left and the big yellow flying thingy came in - amazing skill those guys, and make it all look so easy. Turned out the guy they rescued and flew back to Nobles had fallen over the night before and only had bruising and stuff that started to hurt more when he was sobering up on the boat - nothing life threatening by any means. He had the cheek to complain that he's back on the island and wanted a free plane ticket to ireland - that went down well...

P.K.
If he had gone before they winched him up then questions should be asked. It's a very dangerous, life-risking business and bloody stupid to do it for nothing.
