Action is quite hard and there's a couple of notes that don't actually sound out, but apart from that, it's fine. Having tried this instrument out today, I have to disagree I'm afraid. Being flat is the least of it's problems. It's knackered, and probably isn't worth rescuing. If it were mine I would take it down the amenity centre and dump it. A shame. (Unless they have two?)
