[BBC News] Extra Easter sailing from island

Just to let you know - I'll be doing 3 hours overtime when it's busy at work at the end of the month. There'll be extra buses on when it's really busy in town on Saturday, lots more taxi's operating on News Years Eve, and on Friday evening the number of staff at my local will be doubled to two to cope with demand.

Why isn't this on the BBC too?

An extra ferry is to sail from the Isle of Man to Liverpool over the Easter holiday period.

What a 'service'?

No doubt at their next defence of the indefensible, the company will quote this sailing as it tries to take the piss out of all of us and claims that it's sailings exceed demand.

It could happen only in the Isle of Man.

But is it coming back?

An excellent question. There appears to be no attempt to provide a similar number of places for those people who wish to/have to return to their departure port on Easter Monday (even overnight like the extra one now advertised). And try looking for the best prices for the ferry on Easter Monday...pheewww...

Perhaps we should all book a trip on this sailing then we could collectively find out if we can get back.

Could become an urban myth - The Lost Forum - condemned to wander around the UK forever trying to get a boat.
