asitis
I hope Tynwald will realise the implications of this and spend some serious time searching for a solution rather than debating whether windows 98 is a good operating system or what types of water closets are suitable for a pc society ffs. DRIVER
We are all paying over the odds to the government every time we travel through the airport or douglas harbour with landing fees and port fees, as the meerkat says SIMPLES One Blanket insurance cover would cover most of the population

Utah 01
Now you're opening up another can of worms. The IOM airport's fees are astronomical when compared to airports of comparable size (ie small and provincial) due in large part to it being run by the State. Baggage handling should be privatised as should security and air traffic; the running of the airport is still firmly fixed in the bad old days of British Leyland et al - time it was brought into the 21st century and fees lowered accordingly. However, as with so many things that need reform here, there are few in our town council with big enough cajones to sort it out.

Hugh Jampton
I have annual travel insurance with a UK firm. I suppose I should tell them I'd like cover for when I visit the UK.
Billsmurf
I wonder if this will mean that a person like myself who has to wear artificial will have to apply for and additional set of limbs as is the case now when travelling overseas.
