Moghrey Mie
In the UK they have open practice meetings where the doctors can explain the services they are offering and patients can enter into a dialogue with them. It is called a Practice Patient Forum or Patient Participation. I think that is more likely to lead to improvements in health services than this postal survey. Albert Tatlock
It'd be interesting to see what doctors thought of their patients too. My bet would be they'd say that 20% of them are skiving, lazy, pull a sicky lardy arses.
