Slim
Saturday April 25th starting at 12:30, just after midday, on Ramsey North shore.Beach Clean Link Did one two weeks ago, and it's amazing how much shit there is around that you don't notice. Filled two pickup loads in just an hour of cleaning, yet the beach looked quite tidy at first glance. Good fun too, kids enjoyed it.

Moghrey Mie
Contact Ramsey Town Hall and see if they are responsible for beach cleaning. I think every local authority has a beach except one.

ade
Can someone explain why the prisoners don't do jobs like this? Something I've never really grasped, as the labour is certainly there.

Health and safety I imagine. Much safer for parents to have their kids pick up the needles, condoms and used sanitary products
mudcheck
Dont let the fella with the red tractor on Douglas beach help, he has not got a clue. He drags the seaweed to sea when the tide is out and the sea brings it back in. Brilliant!.

Just incase the prisoners fashion a raft out of old string, rubber johnnies and fishermen's gloves and make their escape to the 'Mainland'.. Just like Clint Eastwood when he escaped from Alcatraz.
