It isn't good that the pipe isn't long enough and the tidal stream carries it all down to Purt Lewaigue, but if it was just sh*t it wouldn't be a problem, in fact it would be quite beneficial. But I would suggest they put the re-use and recycling sheds before the 'chuck it in the skip' part. The one in Douglas is the wrong way round.
