Giant Attack Robot Plans Foiled

Plans by Ramsey commissioners to build a 100metre high robot to attack Douglas have been uncovered by Police.

Police revealed that the plan was to disguise the robot as a co-op delivery wagon and on arrival in Douglas it would have transformed into a full attack robot which would of commenced a brutal and savage attack targeting key points around the capital.

Thankfully it appears the plans for the robot were not thought through as it needed 600 AA batteries just to make the eyes glow red. The commissioners very quickly shelved off the idea as they were running out of money. They have since decided to year in year out debate over what should be the next move for the future of the robot while he rusts away in a local scrap yard.

One suggestion was that he should be pushed into the sea so ships can use him as a docking station

Speaking out for the first time yesterday the robot commented that he feels badly let down and revealed the real reason he has been pushed to one side is the commissioners rented out the film troy and came up with ideas for a cheaper alternative

At the time of this story going to print no commissioners were available for comment as they had all set off to B & Q to buy wood.

Now this beats news about peacocks getting blasted! Any ideas why Ramsey would want to attack Douglas with a giant robot?????

Did the robot have a work permit, afterall we cant have a non Manx robot fucking up what a Manx robot could do

I have looked into this and he does not have a work permit. He had planned to marry a local Manx robot Gal and stay here forever, sending for the rest of his robot family once he had secured his position.
