Maybe it was a wind-up involving some friends of a person with a red Harley that got more attention than anticipated. Anyway, nobody got hurt so what's it matter? Maybe we need an offence of 'Reckless endangerment' like many other countries have? As it is I would imagine the driver would only be able to be prosecuted for 'dangerous driving' or 'driving without due care and attention'.
