I have yet to see any evidence that this actually happened. Maybe it was a wind-up involving some friends of a person with a red Harley that got more attention than anticipated.

Anyway, nobody got hurt so what's it matter?

If nobody was hurt then it was more due to good luck than good judgement.

 

Maybe we need an offence of 'Reckless endangerment' like many other countries have?

 

As it is I would imagine the driver would only be able to be prosecuted for 'dangerous driving' or 'driving without due care and attention'.
