Is this possibly a gentle introductory spin into the revelation that the some of the MEA's / Manx Cable Company's (i.e. our) millions had been invested in spare cable - and now they're going to bury it by dumping it fathoms deep in a big butt on the seabed? and/or will we see some of our Mr Profitt's underwater turbines there as well?
