Manx Telecom is currently experiencing an issue with voice calls on the 3G mobile network.

All 3G users with handsets set to dual mode will automatically revert to 2G for voice calls. 3G users with handsets locked on 3G mode will need to change their handset settings to dual mode in order to make voice calls until this issue is resolved.

 

If you experience any difficulty in changing the handset settings, please contact Manx Telecom’s Service Centre on 624624 - Option 1.

 

Please note that packet data and SMS are not affected by this issue.

Manx Telecom apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

BTW, I don't work for MT just thought it would be helpful. Perhaps someone from MT and/or Sure could register and do this in future?
