We're after a nice place to live in Ramsey, house or bungalow, at least two bedrooms, preferably three. Garage would be advantageous. Looking to pay a maximum of £800 per month (less would obviously be nice), for a minimum lease of 12 months. We need to give a month's notice on the house we're in now, so occupancy being available in a month or two isn't a problem. Can provide references, as well as two month's rent upfront. (One month's rent as deposit, one month's rent to pay for our first month in the house.) We would consider a flat or apartment, but it'd have to be of a good standard with lift access that'll take a baby's pram as well as a parent or two. (Unless it's ground floor, of course.)
