Even if he was in the wrong, a full disqualification seems very harsh, why not simply reverse their points and let everyone enjoy the rest of the fight for points? I've seen far worse behavior than this in this years tour that's gone unpunished. It's turned an exciting tour into quite a dull one, the green jersey is decided. The Armstrong/Contador thing is decided, the team event is pretty much sewn up and there's not much else to watch other than the polkadot. Shame.
