Sgt Darrill Pearson, of Manx police, said: "I would like to reassure members of the public that incidents of this nature are fortunately a rare occurrence in the Isle of Man and that all such complaints are taken seriously."

Isnt it private land up there anyway?

 

I'm pretty sure there is/was a sign saying so?

 

 

Maybe he was the security guard trying to clear the people off the private land, " here look at my " flash " light " "
