bluemonday Posted August 9, 2009 Share Posted August 9, 2009 I see the previous nights entertainment kicked off at 4am ( Source iomtoday ) FOUR people have been arrested following a disturbance on Central Promenade, Douglas.A police spokesman said a 'large group of people' were involved in the incident, which happened at 4am today (Saturday).
