Janis at her peak must have been a hard act to follow at those festivals. She could hold her own in company like Hendrix and The Who. A phenomenal singer and performer with massive stage presence. Sammy Davis Jr was arguably the greatest ever all round entertainer - bar none. This became his signature piece. In their different styles, neither have ever been matched since. Phil Collins was part of the original line-up, keeping his hand in while Genesis weren't recording or touring. Some complicated time signatures used. All accomplished muso's...
