loaf
It's a journalist - hates everything. Will no doubt be mostly right about the Isle of Man though.
Dr Lecter
Holiday here (from the UK?), why? You can go to europe for half the price?
Vulgarian
A journalist? Anyone who tries to write a travelogue in chunks of 140 characters (or anyone who uses twitter for that matter) should simply be ignored.
Snaipyr
Holiday here (from the UK?), why? You can go to europe for half the price? You wouldn't understand the answer, so why ask the question?
Gladys
I wouldn't holiday here either. Those days are gone. Would I live here? Oh yes, and an even bigger OH YES!
Rhumsaa
But then it is what you make of it.... It's poor weather... well yes that always dampens the day But if you want to spend a day sat in a hotel bar - what do you expect to happen? If I went to a London hotel and sat in a bar all day while it pissed down I;d probably twitter about how shit it all is

Stu Peters
I used to holiday here (long weekends) quite often before I moved. It always felt like home from home (dunno why). I guess it's a Marmite thing. I don't understand what some people expect - especially if they've done ANY research before buying a ticket.

Mintchip
I wouldn't holiday here either. Those days are gone. Would I live here? Oh yes, and an even bigger OH YES! Agree with you, Gladys. Used to tell people not to spend more than a long weekend because that's all you need to see and do the touristy things. Living there is much better though. Great friends to be had to fill up your free time.
keyboarder
Great friends to be had to fill up your free time. Yes, you could waddle over to each other's enormous refrigerators.
Declan
Well you wouldn't normally read a person's tweets from start to finish, you'd read them individually, and only people who you are interested in. And the lady in question is not a good tweeterer.
keyboarder
"Just having a crap before I catch the bus". Excruciatingly dull, dull, dull. Oh I don't know - you don't often see people defecating at bus stops.
