Or looked at another way, 2.5 earning less than £1,000 per week for every 1 earning £1,000 or more. The Chiefs:Indians ratio sounds to be out of kilter. The fundamental worry about this sort of ratio is that it increases the risk of 'interference' rather than 'decision making' exponentially.
