What is being proposed looks like an ombudsman, quacks like an ombudsman, waddles like an ombudsman.....but you can bet your bottom dollar will be just another Government highly paid and highly pensioned fucken stooge. Far as I'm concerned, to have any credibility, this entire thing should be operated by a non manx agency. As that shopiom was sourced off island, there shouldn't be a problem.
