Albert Tatlock
Wot a numpty. "A member of the public spotted him struggling in the water about 60m (196 ft) away" - handy, those laser direction/distance finding truncheons, though I'd have clobbered him with one after pulling him out, for putting other people's lives at risk. Glad to see we don't have coppers like those UK ones that just stand about and watch people drown because of 'no training'. Might have been a very different headline otherwise.
