Just a room with access to cooking and washing facilities, preferably with broadband. Parking would also be nice. Wanting to move in end of October (ish) and will be there for probably about 6 months or so until I find decent flat that I can afford. Willing to pay a months rent up front. My ex-partner who I live with has threatened to get a hitman so I need to move out before she can actually get a contract signed (I think she is bluffing but don't want to chance it).
