MilitantDogOwner
A late challenge! I see iTunes have increased the price of Killing in the Name Of. And lowered the price of Lady GaGa to 49p. The main Facebook group for the campaign is down (suspicious much?!?) Brought my copy from Tesco Entertainment direct for 69p, and donated a £5 to Shelter. Slim
DON'T PAY LESS THAN 0.40p !! It won't count. Direct linking approved by the Official Charts Company. iTUNES - 99p - track #2 (click on 'view in itunes' on the right) http://bit.ly/ratm-itunes PLAY.COM - 65p - it's the only track on the page http://bit.ly/ratm-play 7DIGITAL - £1.19P - track #2 http://bit.ly/ratm-7digital HMV.COM - 79p (careful - this is track #1) http://bit.ly/ratm-hmv TUNETRIBE - 49P - track #2 - LIVE version (yes it counts) http://bit.ly/ratm-tunetribe or http://bit.ly/rage-tunetribe (Studio Version) TESCO DIGITAL - 67p - track #2 http://bit.ly/ratm-tesco WE7 - £1.07p - track #2 http://bit.ly/ratm-we7 ** AMAZON at 29p is TOO cheap, plus the other version defaults for some reason, so for the moment BEST AVOID! ** Price Comparison site - http://bit.ly/comparedownloadprices (IGNORE Amazon until I can confirm their eligibility)
MilitantDogOwner
Bit strange how the group page went down and then came back up almost immediately after X-Factor announced its winner... The group is up to over 712,000 members with almost £20,000 donated to shelter. Let the Rage help the homeless!!! We're no#1 on itunes, hmv and play.com (at the moment...) Slim
We're no#1 on itunes, hmv and play.com (at the moment...) They've confirmed the 29p link on amazon works. It's currently at #2 and #3 on their mp3 chart as there's two versions for sale.

I'm with Declan on this one - listening to 'Merry Christmas (I Don't Want To Fight Tonight)' by The Ramones right this second, better than any of the corporate crap we're currently being fed. gazza
What makes it more funny In case you're unaware of the corporate link, Sony BMG have exclusive rights to Simon Cowell's artists. His own label, Syco, is owned by Sony. He's hardly likely to be soiling his high-waisted trousers over the prospect of a few thousand extra download sales of 'Killing In The Name'. He's probably got shares in the company. but better than xfactor haveing top spot
Slim
Of course, Cowells going to make a stash either way. This will only result in more sales for his single, if it's no1 or not. Seems to be some itunes shenanegans going on, killing in the name has fallen off the store, and it's not showing in the top 10 either. Was no1 last night. Rage are No1 on play.com and amazon.co.uk though.
