Hammer
Try EBay. I bought 256 meg RAM for a 3-year old PC and found a perfect match to my existing RAM. Do a search on some of the numbers on your existing memory card in your PC I paid £20. 100% happy days.

Smeagle
you need PC2700 ram or higher. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> would 400MHz work?
Mortal Wombat
yes. 400mhz ram is PC3200. as your system is 266mhz (PC2100) the ram will just run at 266mhz. understressing something is never bad. these ram modules (except for old 133mhz) are exactly the same shape. you could then keep it when/if you upgrade to a 400mhz system, though to be honest when you upgrade your system you'll probably want faster ram than that.
