They must be eligible to get it. I don't see what your problem is. Oh hang on, it was reported on sky news, run by that well known communist Zionist Mr Murdoch, how shocking. Good thing it isn't being tried in the Isle of Man, where even the most mediocre of lawyers will charge many hundreds of pounds an hour. Seriously.
