Jimcalagon Posted October 11, 2010 Share Posted October 11, 2010 I'm looking for a 3/4 size acoustic guitar, nylon-stringed and in decent condition, preferably with a carry bag/case, suitable for a 10 year old beginner. And also preferably one that stays in tune (I don't want to be having to tune it every day). Ta! [eta - Not needed now thanks, went to local purveyor of second hand musical instruments, etc in Strand Street and the best they could offer was a tatty dusty old thing (for which, it emerged, they had lost the carry-bag) for £40 - not interested in dropping the price because the bag was missing either. Went to well known local music shop who had a couple at vastly over-inflated prices. Ended up buying a brand new one, a good make, with a bag, full set of strings, instruction DVD and booklet, pitch pipes for £40 from Amazon.co.uk - the same price as was being asked for the knackered second hand one here.
