Quite right! Bloody Australians haven't a clue about spelling, have they? :rolleyes:

Too bloody true blue..up in Queensland And Northern Territory they're pretty bad at mnemonics...mind you they probably don't give a XXXX about it...

Mrs de Crespigny revealed her husband is writing a book about the A-380 and was "always reading technical books and manuals."

Sounds from this report in The Age and this one in The Australian that de Crespigny and his crew did a fantastic job in getting the plane back to Singapore and that the damage to the plane was far more extensive than originally mentioned.

 

That landing at Changi sounds hairy - its a bl**dy long runway and yet they still only had 150 metres to spare and an engine that would not shut down.

 

Well done Qantas crew!
