Does anyone have a spare bit of barn/large garage space going spare?

 

I urgently need some under cover work space for a small boat (16 foot) and trailer re-build project.

 

Power not really needed, as its mainly hand tools and laying up GRP at the moment and any cutting of timber etc would be done else where, but I would pay for any power used for light, hoover, kettle etc. Its being done on hobby funds only so I cannot afford a chunk of cash for a full on rental, but willing to offer a few pounds/month for the use of a suitable space.

 

I'm a clean and tidy worker, just South of Douglas/Santon/St Marks area would be great... I do not do late night/early morning working, I need my beauty sleep.
