Ingredients include almonds, walnuts, stem ginger, apricots, raisins and sultanas, it’s light, sweet and aromatic and you can taste every ingredient. Triple Chocolate Pudding - A tasty alternative to traditional Christmas pud. Free range eggs, melted Belgian chocolate, superb, dark, French cocoa powder, crème de cacao and dark chocolate chips. Christmas heaven for chocolate lovers. Citrus, Honey & Almond Pudding - Bright, sunny citrus and warm, mellow honey in a light, buttery, almond sponge. Orange and lemon zest give a taste of summer at Christmas time. Triple Ginger Pudding - Masses of superb Buderim stem ginger folded into a buttery sponge laced with green ginger wine. Soft and mellow gingery taste. This pudding has won a Gold Great Taste Award. Brandy Butter - Unsalted butter with a velvety texture and just a little crunch. Fantastic but problematic, it disappears straight from the jar! Each pudding reheats in seconds and will keep for 6 months in a cool, dry place or 9 months in a freezer, but why would you want to keep it?
