dave1978
As per title, must have decent garden and be spacious inside (no 4th boxroom). Modern and in tidy repair. Must be within easy commute of hospital. Preferably I'd like to cycle but would consider as far a field as Peel. Up to £1200 pcm. For professional family, non-smokers no pets, 2 kids. dave1978
Thank you, i have been regularly checking those sites. Does anyone know of anything else suitable and looking for a longterm tenant?
fer dhone
I very much doubt you will find what you want for that little. Best sources are the estate agents and the papers, I like the courier personally as its delivered free.

x-in-man
Your main problem is the 'modern' and the 4th bedroom. Do you really need the 4th with just 2 kids or do you have one on the way? Forget the 'easy commute' idea - you are NOT going to cycle in the winter what ever you may think now. Just a quick peek at EAs listed finds a nice detached older 3 bed down south for under a grand. dave1978
Thanks for that helpful post. The budget can stretch, I am interested in hearing from people/properties that aren't listed in the main places like iomhomes/prosearch etc as I already follow them. Doraemon
Hi, that's very difficult at the moment. Keep looking. Have you registered with the estate agents? They send emails out to registered customers as they come in, and sometimes they are gone before they appear online. It might also be worth asking if a property has been vacant and up for sale for some time. I would encourage you to keep looking in cycling distance to the hospital. I live in Glen Vine and cycle in as often as I can. It's a great joy. For a modern, well-sized 4-bedroom house with garden you will be very lucky to spend below £1,500, though. dave1978
Hi thanks for your reply, What do you do at nobles? I cycle 6 miles each way at present in cold or warm weather so would be nice to keep doing so when I move. Seems to be a lack of 4 beds but plenty of 3's.
