lol WTF not airing my dirty laundry but as the law states if a car is unroardworthy or not as described then you are, by law, permitted to sue...the only comeback on a private sale regardless of sold as seen or no guarantee's.....description "4 good tyres" and upon inspection 3/4 are not road legal isn't my defination of being a correct description and breaking down after 3 miles is not "good runner" in my book.

 

It has come to light though it's not snakebites car so appologies for accusing snakebite of mis-selling, he sold it for someone without the internet (hopefully they have a phone ;) ) - if he'd told me he was selling it on their behalf then i wouldn't of accused him of selling me a un-roadworthy car. feel sorry for the bod who got him to sell it when the police go round to question them !
