Now is it me, or does this seem kind of ironic? Isle of Man Today "BOY Scouts could enforce warrants better than the police, according to a top magistrate. In court on Tuesday, High Bailiff Michael Moyle hit out at the force for failing to ensure that warrants were enforced and said Boy Scouts could do a better job." Just as well we have have a force that fails to follow up warrants otherwise the bill would be much higher!!! I got a parking ticket in 1993 so I think I'll be asking for my money back...
