Your memories of a person can be spoiled by seeing them like that. Why?

 

Its a natural reaction, to things unfamiliar.

 

When in the early stages of grief we only tend to remember the painful and unfamiliar memories, those of illness and death.

In time, happy memories tend to replace them, we never forget the distressing thoughts of course, we just learn to accept them and appreciate our time spent in our loved one's final hours.

The man has finally passed away, Guess he's in God's hands now eh?

 

Even though i am Protestant i still dont like people to die.

 

He had a long life though and survived for longer that i expected him to. But i believe he was kept alive for reasons other than what were given.

No i think there was something behind it. Also, did he believe that even if someone was in absolute agony they must carry on in pain til "God" takes their life?

 

Excuse me if im wrong but i would have someone blow my brains out than live like that.
