Information And Consultation Of Employees

This is an EU Regulation, so applies to UK companies. Will it be introduced here on the Island? Do you think it's a good thing or is it just going to cause more red tape for companies?

I'd be happy to know a bit more about what decisions are made personally. I have been in companies where rumour has been rife, people have been really been worried about redundancy, but it's all just gossip.

If you are an employer do you want to involve your staff? Will it slow critical decisions? If you are an employee, would you feel better knowing more? Do you give a xxxx?

Oh so many questions.... <_<

From 6 April 2005 employees in larger organisations will gain new rights to be informed and consulted about developments in the workplace.
