I hope Dom gets in and shafts them all. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I believe the phrase should be "fear OR favour". (I 'm surprised El Declan didn't jump on this one). For what it is worth, DD is making a very valid point here. Them that has been parachuted 'upstairs' are presently being made to look the fools that they (mostly) are. Addie Posted April 8, 2005 Share Posted April 8, 2005 Mybe the empty seat should be left exactly as is, empty, until the island goes to the polls for the general election? Then they could all be subject to democratic selection by public vote. Back to this week's vote, it seems a clear case of games playing by the fact that the number of Tynwald votes polled for Delaney changed within minutes!
