Kitchen, has brand new dishwasher & a washer-dryer. 1 secure underground car parking space. Perfect location in Douglas, this place has served me well for the last two years! Rental is through Cowley Groves, just helping them find a lodger. Flat is unfurnished, but if need be I can leave a bed & some furniture for the next occupant(s). Building is well insulated, gas bills for us have been extremely low. Princey Posted July 20, 2011 Author Share Posted July 20, 2011 the rent is £850 p/m can't believe I did not put that. for rentals there are no rates, these are almost always taken care of by the landlord in the IOM. Noise levels during the week its fine, you can not hear any neighbours at all any time of the week. Saturdays I won't lie can sometimes be rowdy, but that is the same anywhere on the promenade. SP.
