Pierrot Lunaire
You should put some contact details. Not all landlords are signed up to MF. And eta - when do you need it?

Pierrot Lunaire
grrr no dhss. why do people say that?sorry rant over I've often wondered that. Do the DSS give you the rent money, or do they pay direct to the landlord? I'd have no qualms about such tenants, after all one only needs to collect the rent, one isn't obliged to socialise by lazing around with them watching Jeremy Kyle all day. Whilst politely avoiding mention of the curious stains on their 'tracky bottoms'.
Nitro
I've often thought the idea of no DHSS was a way to avoid paying tax perhaps?, afterall if you're being paid by the government (on behalf of the tenant) you can't exactly cook the books can you? that and whilst the majority of DHSS tenants are ok, I'll guess the minority of alcoholics, druggies and loud mouth chav's would put most people off unfortunately
