That Bloke In North Korea Is Dead

Being young,

Kim Jong Eun

will be under a lot of pressure and IMO, he needs to take some quick action or three possibilities might open up to him

To begin with; the Generals will have been comfortable with the way things have been done previously or have found a little niche for themselves and with the death of their bread and butter leader, they will likely be concerned that things might change.

If KJE is weak, they will take control bit by bit.

If KJE is strong, then this will concern them as mentioned earlier and IMO, will look at ways of disposing him.

The answer would be to remove the top two people from each area (like the Generals and their second in command including public services etc) and replace them with the third in line people, which should provide some initial and early loyalty.

Thoughts on this?

That's usually how it happens.

This is a new area for me and didn't realise that this is the way things are normally done, but it sort of made sense, although how would you remove the top two from various areas? Arrest, resignation or ?
