Or since the individuals are employed by a Guernsey organisation it might come under whatever the channel islands equivalent is? ???Lots of questions????? I think MIRS do have (or had) their own arbitrator for disputes, used to be a chap whose name escapes me, when he retired a couple or more years back his lady deputy took over.
