Fred the shred
Finally got off the boat at 12.30 . What a great night out the boat is lovely, at least that is my opinion and the staff are great. Fantastic 😊. 2
winnie
We're on the Manxman atm, and not sure what has happened, but the boat is really vibrating all the time. Sounds and feels like the main propshaft bearings have collapsed!!!!

Happier diner
3 hours ago, winnie said: feels like the main propshaft bearings have collapsed!! That's a very prescriptive diagnosis . Its does vibrate a lot in the first 1/2 hour out of Heysham and then goes to normal. Not sure why it happens but fairly sure it's not because of what you have diagnosed because they would have collapsed a few months ago. winnie
Landed now, and very bad vibration for approx 2h, then slowly calmed down. Never noticed it that bad in the previous crossings, except when reversing.
