Current plan is Arrow covering freight today. Arriving 13.30 to collect stuff going back to Heysham, then returning full.

Saturday and Sunday Ben will do one day time rotation each day and Arrow will cover overnight freight.

2 crew members tested positive coming on shift, apparently

That'll disappoint the conspiracy brigade.

How do you mean?  Take it to the letter?  Taking it to the letter wouldn't stop anyone working a shift.

Well if Dr Ewart is to be believed, she told the SPCO on behalf of Gov what was required, clearly something went awry. Maybe now it isn't going awry but this is the consequence.

What she thinks she remembers saying and what SPCo management think they remember hearing are irrelevant.

It’s  what the exemption notices addressed to the SPCo said from time to time. And from what I’ve seen of exemption notices, and direction notices, they are spectacularly badly drafted.

The IOMG have facilitated many hundreds of wholly avoidable Covid19 cases, many thousands of people to have to isolate yet again, a total hold on normal life for over 85,000 people twice in 3 months and enormous economic costs and permanent major economic damage to individuals, to the IOM Treasury and to the entire IOM Economy that is so vast as to be beyond calculation. Should we give them a pat on the back. Well done IOMG. You total criminally negligent ****ers. If there is a Class Action or other legal actions after all this, most people will not want to join that because they will be too busy recognising the IOMG's wondrous and huge achievements using their vast, unique and incredibly wonderful skills and talents throughout the past year?!

As for their blatant, wilfully blind car-crash approach to Genomic Sequencing, expect to hear about Dr Rachel Glover's report on the latest outbreak after she has had access to the Liverpool Lab's data. But as you know, you will not hear a word about that from the IOMG. Dr Glover also said at the time that testing of all schoolkids was needed at half term. And, and, and....

No fiction writer could make up any of the IOMG's self-inflicted horror-show antics - they have been simply too unbelievable.

Can anyone tell us how many staff are employed in the IOMG Communications Teams and also in the IOMG Technology / IT / IS Teams? And how many mega millions do they cost the people of the island every year? And why are they so totally broken and unfit for purpose? Just like the IOMG itself.

Utter garbage. WE pay THEM huge sums of money to do their jobs properly. Whether we can do them better ot not is completely irrelevant.

Your comment would only have some validity IF they were all hard to get unpaid volunteers and in the case of a mega pandemic not even then.

And thank you for so blindly and cheerfully accepting the abysmal rot that is the IOMG.

The politicians didn’t’ apply for the jobs.... the public voted them in. If there are people who feel they can do a better job they should make themselves known by putting themselves forward for election.
