thebees Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 The bibliographical note in 'the green book' says there have been 5 or 6 changes, its all a bit 'up someone else's own arse' for me, just read the poem and take from it what you will, all that other stuff is poncy bollocks - like opera singing and that. I didn't know that. Were they a bit too 'folksy' for established tastes ? I think they just left out the one that starts: There was a young lady from Peel, Who said that she wanted to feel....
