No they aren’t. Its a completely different contractor and crew.

Its not even the same skill sets being utilised FFS

skills you say.

Hey.

Why don’t you head up there tomorrow and ask the guys from PCS and Theobuild laying the blocks if they have any skills.  Then head down to the prom in a few weeks and have the same chat with the guys IDGW have on site doing the formworks the same question?

Be sure to report back and let us know what you think of the food at nobles.  Or you could just hide behind a keyboard and knock them.

Ahhhh.... that'll be so they can finish fixing the skirting boards to the wall.

Be glad it's not a DOI gang putting the wall up, it would be shut until May....

Waiting for the paint to dry first though.... six guys with brollies up there day and night keeping the rain off. After all they'll need somewhere to plaster more adverts for TT fortnight.

Shut until Sunday from Ramsey to the Bungalow to finish the retaining wall apparently according to MR.
Lets hope they can keep the Coast Road open. Or will that be diverted out around the wilds of Maughold still?

Here’s the report

Agreed , it’s aesthetic at most and if the rock decides to go it’s coming second in that game.

Nothing, first slip behind it and it will be flat on its face in the carriageway!

Not a chance , that won’t stop very much . But they’ve cleared a big area at the rear of the wall now so maybe have a chance now.

Wall will be over two foot thick at the bottom when finished, and about 18 inhces at the top.

I wish people would wait until they had facts before spouting crap.
