Bump all you like, your taste sucks just burn the lot or if you are mad keen to perpetuate poor taste just dump them at a charity shop.

charity shops dont take dvd's due to the age certifications as they can't police who they sell them too

Yes they do, all 4 of the charity shops in Ramsey sell dvd's and why can't a charity shop worker age the person trying to by a 18 cert film?

Who every told you that was speaking rubbish, I regularly see dvds and videos of all cert ratings in charity shops, only thing they wouldn't sell is pornographic films.

If you were the no show then you are in the wrong. If you didn't like the selection, let him know before he puts himself out to accommodate your no show. Just manners really.

Do you really think I would arrange to go round someone's house not turn up and then abuse their taste on here, are you a bit twisted?

Bit like shops owners who have been told they cannot play music without a music licence, still happens all the time though!

If all the charity shops refuse to take dvds/videos then the only other option is local Amenity sites, I have seen a few dvds/videos there.

£300 from Music Magpie? I put over 200 movies on and they offered on average 32p per movie!!

Yup, we had a LOT of shit to sell!! 20 odd years of two peoples cd's, dvd's & video games, it's laborious typing all the numbers in but it's worth it to get rid of it all out of the house and get some pennies in return thumbsup.gif They dont accept duplications in a single batch but you just do a second batch after you've got the pennies from the first one!! Any items they said they didnt want went straight in the bin as we'd already sorted what was going, it was great to clear the cupboards!

Oh and some of my hubbys "classic 80's rock" (his words, not mine) were worth the most, some well over a quid - we found the bands with now dead people in them, seemed to get more money!

Good luck!
