Understandably given the high wages some temporary workers get for coming to the Island. The not so expensive end of the rental spectrum aren't kitted to fit my needs as they are taken by the Local community and commonly have furniture to bring with them. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has a property to rent that is good to go (all white goods, furniture, internet, etc) and well presented. Budget is a maximum £1k a month inc. of bills or £750 p/m without bills although i'm not interested in administering my own utilities. I will consider a house/flat share if the environment is right.
