It hasn't had a huge amount of use and is in good condition, with a screen protector having been fitted (slightly wonkily) since day one. It's boxed, and comes with four boxed games and a 16Gb memory card installed. It also has a number of downloaded games on board but I don't think there's any way to keep them on there (and I'm not sure if it's legal to do so anyway) so it's sold as being without them, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. The games are Asphalt, Dungeon Hunter, Unit 13 (online pass used) and Rayman.
