This means the bike is road legal but only during daylight hours. Great bike for the Green lanes. Loads of new bits. We have MOTs if you let your road tax lapse for 2 years or more,which the previous owner did. It is an original KMX but it was going to cost too much to get the lights all up and running for a full MOT.If they are on the bike they have to work.Or you take them all off and get a 'Day MOT'.Which is what i did.
