thesultanofsheight
The aircraft engine manufacturer said it has passed on information about alleged malpractice by intermediaries - this followed a request from the SFO for information about possible bribe-paying for aircraft sales in Indonesia and China. http://www.bbc.co.uk...siness-20622911 It makes you wonder how companies selling big value products like this really get sales and how purchasers might be swayed from buying the most effective solution if there is a nice inducement to buy perhaps a slightly less effective solution? It also makes you wonder how many tender processes are rigged in one way or another by hidden inducements. But I suppose its nice to see that they are policing the bribery act when it comes to British companies dealing outside the UK
